LEARN BEFORE THE LIFT
Use instruction and resort rules as the starting point.
Review the current SNO-GO Learning Hub, required leash setup, stance, turning and stopping technique, lift procedures and the specific resort’s policy. First use should be controlled, conservative and instruction-led.
First-use checklist
- Confirm the resort permits the equipment.
- Use the required belt and leash.
- Set handlebar position and stance.
- Practice turning and stopping first.
- Learn chairlift loading before riding independently.

Rental-to-purchase option: For eligible wearable mobility equipment, 75% of cleared base rental charges can be applied toward the purchase of the same model when you buy during the rental or within 30 days after return. Refundable deposits and service or incident charges are separate and are not purchase credit.
