Acknowledgement: GPS Recoverable + Responsibility + Repercussions

I acknowledge the bikes are recoverable by GPS and may be tracked for recovery purposes.
I agree I am responsible for the bike and equipment and that there are repercussions if someone steals the bike or damages the bike.
I agree to pay for loss, theft, damage, recovery, and related costs if the bike or equipment is not returned or is returned damaged.
I acknowledge this is my agreement with Radventurers E-Bike Rentals for this rental.
