Fit & adjust
- Use compatible closed-toe shoes and secure each Moonwalker firmly with the straps.
- Download the Shift app/ShiftOS resources and complete the official tutorial before powered walking.
- Confirm both units are correctly oriented and secure before leaving LOCK/training setup.
Operate & learn
- Start on a flat open surface, walk slowly and use Training mode while learning the response.
- Increase pace gradually; the system responds to gait, so avoid abrupt experimentation.
- Learn stopping/deceleration and calibration procedures before business or public use.
Care, charging & storage
- Charge with the approved charger/USB-C setup and inspect wheels, straps and housings before use.
