Identify the seller
Every product pricing and purchase request begins through the Radventurers inquiry process unless a clearly identified optional affiliate link is used. An inquiry is not a sale. No sale exists until the applicable parties accept a written quote, invoice, purchase agreement, affiliate checkout, or other confirmed order terms.
Currency conversions
Foreign-currency MSRP values displayed in U.S. dollars are estimates based on the reference rate and date stated on the applicable product page. Final invoices and quotes may reflect the exchange rate available when the order is accepted, plus taxes, duties, shipping, insurance, payment costs, accessories, and other disclosed charges.
Quotes and orders
Quotes expire on the stated date, are subject to availability, and may exclude taxes, shipping, duties, installation, training, travel, accessories, customization, or payment-processing fees unless expressly included. An order may be rejected or cancelled before acceptance where availability, authorization, fraud screening, pricing error, safety, or territory restrictions require.
Payment
Payment timing, deposits, accepted methods, and refundability are stated in the applicable quote or checkout. Business buyers are responsible for authorized purchasing and accurate billing information.
Taxes, shipping, title, and risk
Taxes, duties, customs, shipping terms, title, risk of loss, and delivery estimates depend on the seller and written order. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Inspection and acceptance
Buyer must inspect direct-sale products promptly and report shortages, visible shipping damage, or incorrect items within the period stated in the applicable order or seller policy.
Returns and cancellations
An optional affiliate purchase follows the third-party seller’s return policy. Products quoted or coordinated through Radventurers follow the written quote, invoice, applicable manufacturer policy, and any applicable law. Demonstration, fitting, travel, training, custom, opened hygiene-sensitive, special-order, or used products may be non-refundable where disclosed and lawful.
Manufacturer warranty
Products are generally covered only by the written manufacturer warranty. Radventurers does not expand a manufacturer warranty unless a separate written Radventurers warranty expressly says so.
Suitability and use
Buyer is responsible for confirming suitability, eligibility, fit, intended use, training, supervision, maintenance, charging, storage, workplace compliance, and safe operation. A demonstration does not guarantee suitability or results.
Business purchases and pilots
Workplace deployment may require a separate pilot agreement addressing site control, insurance, participant management, confidentiality, data, equipment custody, training, incidents, PPE, and indemnification.

Rental and leasing terms
Website prices are introductory estimates and do not create a reservation or lease. A rental or lease exists only after Radventurers confirms equipment, dates, eligibility, location, permitted use, pricing, taxes, fees, deposit, insurance requirements, and all required agreements in writing.
Deposits and payment authorization
Radventurers may require a refundable deposit, credit-card authorization hold, advance payment, recurring-payment authorization, or approved purchase order. Charges may include late return, loss, theft, missing accessories, battery or charger damage, misuse, unauthorized users, prohibited use, excessive cleaning, shipping, collection costs, and damage beyond ordinary wear.
Care and control
The renter or lessee is responsible for the equipment from handoff until documented return and acceptance. Equipment may not be transferred, subleased, modified, opened, repaired, exported, used outside the approved territory, or used by an unauthorized person.
No guaranteed availability or purchase credit
Not every product is available for rental or lease. Lease-to-own credit applies only when expressly stated in a signed agreement. Rental payments do not automatically reduce a later purchase price.
Inspection and early termination
Radventurers may inspect equipment and may suspend or terminate use after nonpayment, unsafe use, prohibited use, damage, manufacturer notice, product recall, legal or insurance restriction, or breach of agreement.
